Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use nexusyouthacademy.com or register for a program run by Nexus Youth Academy ("Nexus", "we", "us"). By registering, you agree to them.

1. Who can register

Each program and workshop has its own age range, shown on its page. The MUN Training Program is open to students aged 13 to 18. Students under 18 must have their parent or legal guardian's knowledge and permission to register, and confirm this on the registration form.

2. Registration and places

Places are limited and are allocated in the order registrations come in. Your place is confirmed once we have received both your registration form and your payment receipt.

3. Payment

The fee for each program or workshop is shown on our website and on the registration form, and is normally paid in full at registration. Students who can't pay the full amount at once may instead pay in three installments:

• MUN Training Program ($150 for 10 sessions): $50 at registration to confirm their place, $50 at the first session, and $50 at the fifth session.
• One-on-one sessions ($250 for 10 sessions): $90 at registration to confirm their place, $80 at the first session, and $80 at the fifth session.

Payment is made by Whish Money or OMT transfer to 03 457 918, and each receipt is sent to us on WhatsApp at +961 81 851 818.

4. Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel your registration and get a full refund as long as you let us know:

• for a program (such as the MUN Training Program): at least 4 days before the first session;
• for a workshop: at least 3 days before the workshop.

Cancellations made after these deadlines are not refunded. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at +961 81 851 818 or email nexusyouthac@gmail.com.

Leaving a program once it has started

Once a student has attended the first session of a program, they are committed to the full program fee. A student who stops attending, or leaves the program before it ends, must still pay the entire fee — including any installments not yet paid — and no part of it is refunded.

5. Changes to a program

We may occasionally need to change a program's dates, venue, schedule or trainers. If that happens, we will let registered students know as early as possible using the contact details they gave us.

6. Behaviour during sessions

We expect every participant to treat trainers, chairs and other students with respect. We may ask a participant to leave a session if their behaviour disrupts the program or makes others feel unsafe.

7. Photos and videos

We only photograph or film participants who gave their consent on the registration form. How we use that content is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Training materials

Materials we share during a program are for participants' personal use and may not be republished or sold without our permission.

9. Your information

We handle the information you give us as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
